The presentation will include an introduction about the role of PICA and a primer on governmental budgeting prior to addressing the main topic, which will examine the financial & infrastructure issues facing the City of Philadelphia.
We have been invited to present any questions you may have to Ms. Burns, prior to the presentation, for her consideration. Should you have a particular interest you would like addressed, please submit your request when you RSVP .
