The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) coordinates planning activities related to transportation, development, the economy and the environment across nine counties in the Greater Philadelphia region. Connections: The Regional Plan for a Sustainable Future offers a vision, actions and projects to manage growth while building the economy, improving transportation conditions and enhancing quality of life. Barry Seymour, DVRPC's Executive Director, will provide an overview of Connections and the ways DVRPC links Philadelphia to its suburbs to create a vibrant region.
